Urgent issues & After Hours

For urgent issues outside of regular business hours, current patients can call 800-876-6577 to speak to a provider. If you suspect that you may have been exposed to measles, please do not leave your home and call our Measles Hotline at (503) 214-1668 immediately. In case of a medical emergency, please call 911.
