Family Planning & Reproductive Health 

Virginia Garcia offers reproductive and sexual health services regardless of race, color, national origin, immigration status, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, or disability.

We offer health exams, birth control, and screening labs to men and women at low or no cost. No one is denied services for inability to pay. We can talk to you about: 

  • Planning a pregnancy
  • Preventing a pregnancy
  • Screening for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI)

There are many contraceptives you can choose from including birth control pills, condoms, female condoms, Depo-Provera injections, contraceptive ring, emergency contraception (morning after pill), implants (Nexplanon), Intrauterine Devices (IUDs), and counseling and referral for vasectomy. Providers and nurses provide education and counseling about the method you choose and about your reproductive health.

Education and counseling services are provided using a patient-centered approach, which promotes personal choice and risk reduction, and considers patients’ cultural and socioeconomic needs.

You may be eligible for funding

There is funding available through the Oregon Reproductive Health Program that may cover the cost of visits, supplies, and labs related to reproductive health or family planning.

  • Who Qualifies for this Funding?

    Anyone who can become pregnant or get someone else pregnant

    • Individual income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
  • Individuals with U.S. Citizenship, Eligible Immigration Status, or Another Eligibility Status
