We have listed the vaccines listed by clinic location. Select the clinic that is closest, or most convenient. You do not have to be a patient of the clinic where you receive either vaccine.
Appointments are required at most locations, although some clinics do offer walk-in opportunities. To see those times and locations, please visit our Vaccine Event page.
You can schedule your vaccination appointment at any of the following clinics. You do not need to be a patient, have insurance or show identification. The COVID-19 vaccine is free, regardless of insurance.
6 months old - 4 years old
3 primary doses are required. NO booster is available for this age group. The bivalent 3rd dose is available to those in this age group. This is not a booster, it is a change to the 3rd dose. Only those who have completed 2 of the 3 primary doses are eligible to get the 3rd dose as a bivalent.
5 years - 11 years old
2 primary doses are required. Those with compromised health or immune systems should receive a 3rd primary dose.
A booster dose for this age group is available 5 months after the 2nd dose or 3 months after the 3rd dose.
Note: If you received the previous booster more than 8 weeks ago, then you are elibigle to receive the newer booster.
12 years and older
2 primary doses are required. Those with compromised health or immune systems should receive a 3rd primary dose.
A booster dose for this age group is available 8 weeks after last primary dose.
Note: If you received the previous booster more than 8 weeks ago, you are eligible to receive the newer booster.
