Virginia Garcia is offering vaccine options for individuals ages 6 months and older. Aren't sure which vaccine is right for you?  Below is information that can help.

Pfizer:

All doses and boosters available ages 6 months and older.

Moderna:

Initial doses available ages 12 years and older.

Flu shots are available for anyone that schedules a vaccination. You do not need to make a separate appointment.

You do not need to be a Virginia Garcia patient.

Below is information on each of the vaccines Virginia Garcia offers. Once you select the type of vaccine you would like to receive, you will be able to select the location and schedule an appointment.

Pfizer vaccine

All initial doses are available to the public ages 6 months  and older. Second doses must be given at least 21 days after first dose.

Booster doses:
6 months - 4 years are not eligible for a booster at this time
5 years - 11 years are eligible for the new booster 8 weeks after the last primary dose. If you received the previous booster more than 8 weeks ago, then you are eligible to receive the new booster.
12 years and older can receive one updated Pfizer (bivalent) booster. This includes people who have received all primary series doses and people who have previously received one or more original (monovalent) boosters.

MODERNA vaccine

All initial doses are available to the public ages 12 years and older. Second dose must be given at least 28 days after first dose.
Booster doses are not available in Moderna. If you are ready for a booster, please select Pfizer.
