Welcome to the Newberg Clinic. Our Newberg Clinic opened in February of 2014 and serves approximately 2,400 patients each year. The site offers primary care, dental care, remote prescription pick-up and behavioral health care services. In partnership with Yamhill County, mental health services are available at the Newberg location.

Martin Peters, DO
Doctor Martin Peters joined Virginia Garcia in July of 2013 as a Family Medicine Resident. He applied to this residency because of a desire to work and serve in a Community Health Center while improving his Spanish language skills. Martin was born and raised in the Portland area and enjoys outdoor pursuits. He is also a beach volleyball fanatic.

Tochi Okeke, DDS, MPH
Dr. Tochi Okeke joined Virginia Garcia in November of 2014. Dr. Okeke received her initial dental training in her home country of Nigeria where she worked with a not-for-profit organization committed to the provision of basic health care to rural indigent populations.
She relocated to the United States with her family in 2005 and became a student yet again acquiring her MPH and DDS degrees. She has a passion for working with underserved populations. Her clinical interests include health education, patient advocacy and eliminating/reducing barriers to care.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and spending time with her husband, Augustine and their two children Debbie and Tori.
