Vacation time is earned based on the length of service. During the first 2 years, there are 120 hours (3 weeks) of vacation. After completing 2 years, this increases to 160 hours (4 weeks) of vacation. Upon reaching 4 years of service, the entitlement is 200 hours (5 weeks) of vacation. After 6 years, there are 240 hours (6 weeks) of vacation.
