Our health center engages in federal advocacy in partnership with the National Association of Community Health Centers. Together, we monitor and respond to federal policy developments that may affect community health centers, the services we offer, and the well-being of the patients and communities we serve.

Research at the global, national, state, and local levels shows a clear link between civic participation, such as voting, and community health outcomes. When more people participate in elections, communities tend to experience stronger support for public health resources, access to care, and policies that promote well-being.

Today, an estimated 72 million eligible Americans are not registered to vote – roughly equal to the population of France. Taking a few minutes to register and cast your vote can help shape the health of your community and your future.
