That’s why we offer support services to help our patients and their families. Whether you need help signing up for health insurance, getting to an appointment, or learning how to stay healthy, we’re here for you.
Our team of Community Health Workers, OHP specialists, and health educators work closely with our patients to make sure they have the resources they need. We are committed to helping our community navigate the health care system and access the support they deserve.

Getting You to the Care You Need
Getting to your medical or dental appointments shouldn’t be a challenge. That’s why we offer free, door-to-door rides for Virginia Garcia patients in Washington County.
We can take you to:
- Virginia Garcia clinics
- Hospitals and clinics in Washington County and Portland
- Diabetes and health education classes
- WIC offices
- Social Security Office
- Department of Health and Human Services

Staying healthy is more than just visiting the doctor.
We offer wellness classes throughout the year to help you take control of your health, including:
- CPR classes (ages 18+)
- Vision screenings
- Walk with Ease program

If you don’t qualify for OHP, you might still get help through a Medicare Savings Program, which can cover premium costs.
