It’s okay
not to be okay.

At Virginia Garcia, we believe mental and emotional well-being are just as important as physical health. Our integrated care approach ensures you have access to compassionate, high-quality support because caring for the whole you leads to better health and a brighter future.

Integrated Behavioral Health Program

Your IBH Team provides support to those who could benefit from short-term intervention and mental/behavioral health management. We have at least one Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) at each of our primary care clinics to assist with a variety of physical health diagnoses. A BHC’s goal is to improve a patient’s physical health using behavioral interventions.

Substance Use Disorder Program

Your SUD Team provides support to those who are at any stage in their recovery journey. We offer outpatient-level SUD treatment at all our sites. Each site has a certified alcohol and drug counselor - or CADC - and a peer support specialist who can support patients struggling with substance use.

Enhanced Care Management

Your ECM Team provides support to those who may have additional barriers to care. ECM teams are made up of social care navigators, a master's level clinician who is the social care supervisor, psychiatric and behavioral health care coordinators, peer support specialists, and CADCs. Their goal is to provide whole-person care and comprehensive care management that supports overall health by meeting people where they are, reducing barriers to care, and providing culturally responsive services.
