Emily Beireis was inspired by her positive experiences during clinical rotations at FQHC primary care clinics while attending PA school at the University of the Pacific. She was drawn to the mission of Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center, where she could work with both providers and patients in community health settings. These experiences reinforced her passion for providing accessible, culturally appropriate, and comprehensive healthcare. Emily identifies with VGMHC’s mission to offer high-quality, culturally competent care to the community, and she strives to build long-lasting relationships with patients, focusing on their unique needs and well-being.
Emily is passionate about preventive healthcare, women’s health, and the health at every size framework of care. She focuses on building long-term relationships with patients and fostering a collaborative environment for health management.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their dog. She loves swimming, paddle boarding, and taking indoor cycling classes. A California native, she has always appreciated the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest and enjoys spending time in nature. Emily also enjoys cooking and baking, making the most of every fun and creative moment.
