  • My name is Hannah Hoffarth and I am the mental health therapist at the Tualatin School- Based Health Center. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Portland and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Portland State University. I am currently working towards licensure in both clinical social work and school social work. I utilize a holistic approach when working with individuals. I believe that life is multi-dimensional and in order to best meet the needs of clients, it is important to be in tune to the different factors influencing daily life. I have experience working with children, youth and families in the arenas of public education, residential treatment and through the Department of Human Services. My clinical areas of interest include: trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, life transitions, foster care and working with children, youth and families. I have a passion for school social work and believe the collaboration between schools, and health providers is essential in providing the best care for the client. In my free time I enjoy doing anything creative such as, painting ceramics, interior
design projects and photography. I also enjoy spending time at the coast, bargain shopping at the local thrift stores, baking, and traveling.
