The Sheridan Clinic is a family medicine clinic providing a convenient and accessible option for patients of all ages in Sheridan, Willamina, and the surrounding areas. Please note that while our Willamina School-Based Health Center will continue serving school-age children, adult care previously offered there will now be provided at this new Sheridan location.

Our Sheridan clinic is actively working to become an in-network provider for Medicare plans, and we are currently in the process of enrollment. We appreciate your patience as we finalize this step. While we are unable to accept appointments for Medicare patients right now, we are dedicated to completing the enrollment soon. We look forward to welcoming you to our practice in the near future!
