The School-Based Health Center is located on the Beaverton High School campus in a white, one-story building just west of the main school building. The clinic is accessible from the parking lot off SW 2nd Street and SW Erickson Avenue.

Got questions? We’ve got answers.
Who can use the SBHC?
Any student ages 2–21 enrolled in the school district can use the School-Based Health Center, including those in home school and private school.
Who works at SBHCs?
Each SBHC has a primary care provider, behavioral/mental health providers, medical assistant, youth coordinator, and receptionist.
Do you offer dental services?
Yes, to make a dental appointment, call (503) 356-3985. Dental services are available to all students (ages 2–21) enrolled in the Beaverton School District, including home school and private school students.
Is the SBHC part of the school district?
The SBHCs are run by VGMHC in partnership with the school districts, the county, and the state.
Can students come to their appointment without a parent or guardian?
Yes. In Oregon, students can consent to their own care starting at certain ages. At age 15, they can schedule and attend medical and dental appointments on their own. For mental health services, they can self-consent starting at age 14. This means they do not need a parent or guardian with them to receive these services.
Do students need to make an appointment to be seen?
We prefer students make an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome and may be seen if there is time.
