Paid Training Programs
Are you interested in starting or furthering your career in health care?
At Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center, we are committed to our employees’ growth and development, as well as lifting up our communities. We are offering paid training programs for Medical Assisting and Dental Assisting on an annual basis, with no previous experience necessary. These are true “earn while you learn” programs, with no cost to the student. You must be 18+ to participate in these programs. Our Medical Assistant Paid Training Program is currently on pause, and while we hope to reopen it in the future, we do not have a planned timeline at this moment. Email us to join the waitlist. If and when an opportunity becomes available, we will contact you.
Interested in becoming a Dental Assistant?
Our Dental Assistant Paid Training Program is currently on hold for updates. We will not be recruiting in 2025, but we hope to reopen the program in 2026. Email us to join the waitlist.

Virginia Garcia's paid Clinical Aide Program offers hands-on experience in a back-office clinical setting while providing structured opportunities to explore other career paths within the organization. In this unique role, Clinical Aides support medical assistants and clinic operations while completing job shadowing experiences to discover their next career step at Virginia Garcia.
