Being raised this way influenced how she currently views medicine, health, and healing. “There is a time and place for everything,” she believes. “When appropriate, I provide the gentlest treatments possible, to provide support for the body to heal itself. I also educate the patient so they can be proactive in their own healing process.”

Dr. Fritz joined Virginia Garcia for a variety of reasons. She enjoys working with the patient population Virginia Garcia serves and is aligned with the mission of the clinic. She is enthusiastic about working with a variety of different providers to deliver acupuncture services to our patients. During her time off, Dr. Fritz appreciates spending time outdoors in all the natural environments Oregon has to offer. She also enjoys cooking exclusively with whole foods and the challenge of getting others to do the same.
